Payment Terms:

If you use a coupon code for a trial membership, it is your responsibility to cancel before your trial ends. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew, on the trial end date, for the current full price of The Email Lab subscription of $47 USD or $47 CAD then your subscription will be charged every month on that day of the month going forward.

If you do not use a trial coupon code, the date in which you sign up for this subscription will be your monthly due date. 

Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your subscription, you must either give 48-hours notice via email at [email protected] before your next payment is due for our team to manually cancel your subscription or you may do so through your Kajabi billing portal which you can find by going to https://www.lindsaysmithcreative.ca/login and locating the billing settings in your account.
